PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We aim to give the public a new vision of the SME Bank, one that is “at the heart of SME concerns.” Throughout its eight years of existence, we have developed financing products called Structured Products (SP) that meet the expectations of Cameroonian SMEs, particularly in supporting and structuring their activities.
Our goal as a financial institution is to provide flexible, adaptable, and tailor-made banking products and services that will allow our target clientele to develop and support high-value projects in the long term.
Our products are not just of high quality; they primarily address the financing problem faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in Cameroon.

BC-PME BANKING PRODUCTS

SP Purchase Order & Contracts Financing

This product is primarily for our SME clients with proven experience in delivering services such as purchase orders, order letters, contracts, and agreements with the Cameroonian State, parastatal and private companies, and/or international solvent organizations.

SP Traders
Financing

This product caters to the financing needs of our SME target clientele that goes beyond the traditional funding of market providers (craftsmen, bakers, hardware store owners, etc.). It offers short and medium-term credits to this target group for settling supplier invoices, customs duties, and fixed charges based on cash flows generated by activities and domiciled. The targeted clients are ordinary traders who often face minor cash flow tensions between the storage period of goods and their sale.

SP Certified Invoice Advance Financing

This product is primarily for our SME clients who have completed services (purchase orders, contracts) and want an advance to resolve their cash flow issues.

SP Market Bonds Financing

This product involves setting up market bonds: submission, startup advance, performance, retention of warranty, return of advance. It will better meet the financing needs for bonds of our SME clients executing contracts on behalf of solvent end debtors.

SP Import & Export Financing

This product is aimed at meeting the needs of import/export companies in their transactions, including: signature commitments, letters of credit, availing drafts drawn on our clients in favor of their foreign suppliers, guarantee letters, and direct commitments (advance on letters of credit/documentary collection for the next sectors: wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing industries, construction and public works, construction materials, motorcycles and spare parts, computer consumables...).

BC-PME BANKING SERVICES

E-PORTAL BUNDLE

To allow our clients to focus on their core business and projects with peace of mind, and to capitalize on their time spent on travel and long waits at the branch. BC-PME has set up a portal that provides them with real-time access (24/7) to information about their bank accounts on the platform https://eportail.bc-pme.cm

ACCOUNT OPENING

In the (02) two branches, we have client representatives and business fund managers who are qualified and experienced to provide our valued customers with information related to opening an account. Company Owners, Craftsmen, School Promoters, Cooperatives & Associations, Establishments & Individual Companies, Specialized Trades, Companies SARL/SA/SCI can open an account with BC-PME upon presentation of their administrative, legal, and financial documents.

AGRICULTURAL COUNTER

The National Development Strategy (NDS 30) now constitutes the new planning tool, oriented towards the ‘Structural Transformation of the Cameroonian Economy’ to accelerate Cameroon’s path towards emergence by 2035. The focus has been on developing a financing model for the agricultural sector, leading to the opening of the Agricultural Counter within BC-PME
The creation of this agricultural counter significantly reduces the financing gap in the agricultural sector. Paradoxically, the sector, given its potential, constitutes a true lever for contributing to national food security and rural economic development

It generates jobs and covers the majority of the productive sector workforce (60%)

It accounts for 30% of national production

BC-PME SUPPORTS YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP

In order to promote the integration of young people into the job market, the State is undertaking commendable actions aimed at fostering an entrepreneurial culture, necessary for the empowerment of the youth population. It is with this goal in mind that the government has implemented numerous public policies in favor of the youth to facilitate their technical and financial support
Today, the Cameroonian Bank for Small and Medium Enterprises (BC-PME SA) has become an important and decisive catalyst for the thorny issues of financing and supporting young project holders, who are also considered as small and medium enterprises in Cameroon. As a public credit institution in operation since July 20, 2015, BC-PME has two (02) branches (Yaoundé and Douala) and a portfolio of over 8,000 clients, with around 70 billion credits granted to its clientele.
