The Cameroonian Bank of Small and Medium Enterprises (BC-PME SA) is a public financial institution of which the State of Cameroon is the sole shareholder.
BC-PME was informed on August 18, 2023 of an article published on the EcoMatin newspaper website and relayed virally on the various social networks.
Also, this publication refers very vaguely to sources of information whose quality, relevance and reliability are questionable.
Given the possible negative impact that may result from this inaccurate communication, we would like to inform our customers and our partners that to date, BC-PME has not been notified of any decision of the Banking Commission of Central Africa (COBAC) as pointed out by the aroused newspaper.
